Eugene Schoen, a native New York architect, was one of the leading designers of the Art Moderne movement prominent from the mid to late 1920s into the 1960s. Schoen designed the house that is shown in the photos on this website, one of only five known private residences that he was responsible for both the exterior and interior. Of special interest to students of historical dwellings, home restoration enthusiasts, and fans of the architect/designer Eugene Schoen, is the fact that a complete set of original blueprints of the original structure are available and will be provided to the purchasers.
